Independence Day

Being Independence Day, here at Shadowland we will have friends and family over to celebrate the freedoms we have left and those we hope to soon get back. Drema, the resident Chef, will be on the grill and we will all be on the range becasue i cannot think of a better way to celebrate this day and the fact the storm did not do more damage than it did.

On this day, a special thank you goes out to all those that have served in our armed forces, to all the law enforcement, EMS and fire professionals that risk their lives for others … and to whom ever the power company worker was who connected us back up to electricity theother day.

I also hope that you and yours find a way to enjoy this day and we hope that wherever you are you are safe, comfortable, happy and well armed.
