From the Field – A Reader Writes >

This received yesterday from a reader:

“I ended up using my 30 RAR [Remington AR] on a 3-point mule deer last week here in Colorado. One shot through both lungs with a 130 gr. Speer flat-nose and it never took a step. Just dropped in its tracks. This platform and caliber is fantastic. I love it. Can’t wait to get to Georgia and try my hand at some hog hunting.”

No surprises here. My only comment – Folks gotta learn to send photos!

Will my EOTech scope line up the same on the 30 BLK the same as the 556 barrel does? Also, will the same lock nut ring work for the 30 BLK as the current 556 locking ring?
