Best New Gun of 2011

At the SHOT SHOW this was my pick as the best new gun of 2011. Why? What better way to celebrate the greatest fighting pistol of all time than to offer a miniature version that is 85% the size of the original but chambered for the 22 LR?
I just completed a review on this handgun for an upcoming feature in American Handgunner’s Combat Annual. Then, I returned the test sample and placed an order for a new one. The Gunwriter Assistant insisted.

He has trained military personnel, law enforcement officers and civilians in the application of firearms for defensive, competitive and recreational use. He was the compiling author of the book, Rifle Bullets for the Hunter and conceptualized and contributed to Selecting and Ordering a Custom Hunting Rifle. Nice. I look forward to reading your review of this one. Talk about a great starter pistol for those not used to shooting!
