One of those days….

Something is wrong with me today. I’m out of sorts. I’m not in a bad mood, I’m not lazy. I want to do something, I just don’t know what it is. I thought about handloading some ammo but the weather is too bad to shoot it. I thought about working on an article but, I’m just not in the mood. I’ve spent most of the morning just looking at my computer screen like I expected something magical or interesting to happen.

It hasn’t.

A friend called and told me about his Blackberry smart phone suffering a moment of stupidness that even a smart Blackberry guy could not figure out. Then we both shared a bonding moment where we verbally bashed the state DMV office for requiring us to register a canoe if you put a battery-powered trolling motor on it.

So here I am, still looking at my computer and….nothings happening.

I think I’ll look through the 2 Terabytes of photos I have cataloged and see if I can find anything cool. Here’s what I’ve found so far: If you’re looking at this, and expecting something cool to happen on your computer…you’re on the wrong site.

A spider web on a tree stand in Germany, shining in the early morning light.

My buddy David Draper at sunset during an aoudad hunt in Texas.

And my favorite: My dad frying squirrel and making gravy and biscuits for breakfast at our hunting camp.
