SNEAK PEAK – Colt’s Anniversary 1911

Colt Anniversary Model 01911ANVIII

Just completed a review of Colt’s new Anniversary 1911 for the 2011 American Handgunner Special Edition. Colt will offer several 1911 Anniversary models that emulate the original (1918) version of the 1911. (The difference in the 1911 and 1918 versions was the finish.) For more information go HERE. If you are a 1911 Loony, I would suggest you order one NOW.

If you can’t afford one (MSRP $ 1150.00) you could always pick up some genuine Colt accessories for you or for your buddy for Christmas. Maybe even get a rampant Colt tattoo. (I’ve heard rumors that Elvis had one on his arm.) Hey, 2011 only comes around once and none of us will be here to see how popular the 1911 is in 2111.
